Their quest began in competition on the national barbecue circuit. There they garnered rave reviews and, in their first year, earned the coveted Rookie-of-the-Year award, finished in California’s top ten, and the nation’s top 100.

The Brazen Competition Team has garnered multiple awards to date, including California BBQ Association’s 2009 Top 10 Team of the Year and 1st place Rookie of the Year.
